Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of ClinixQM and is part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted Use

ClinixQM is designed for quality management activities in regulated industries. You may use ClinixQM to:

  • Create, manage, and approve quality documents
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk management files
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Track training records and compliance status
  • Prepare for and support audits
  • Other legitimate quality management activities

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ClinixQM to:

Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
  • Store or transmit illegal content

Harmful Content

  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Store content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Store content that violates others' privacy rights

Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users
  • Circumvent security controls or access restrictions

Abuse of Service

  • Use automated systems to access the service excessively
  • Resell or redistribute access without authorization
  • Use the service in ways that could harm other customers
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload:

  • Is accurate and appropriate for your quality management purposes
  • Does not violate any third-party rights
  • Complies with applicable regulations in your industry

Fair Use of AI Features

AI features are provided for legitimate quality management assistance. We monitor for unusual usage patterns and reserve the right to limit access if AI features are abused.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning the account holder
  • Temporarily suspending access
  • Terminating the account
  • Reporting to law enforcement if required

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to abuse@clinixqm.com.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of ClinixQM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
